Who We Are

The West Coast Ships’ Officers Association (WCSOA) is a forum to promote the welfare and professional and personal development of Ships’ Officers employed by BC Ferry Services Inc. Its objective is to enhance BC’s public marine transportation system.

Of Interest

As of March, 2011, 748 BCF employees were participating in the association’s members-only electronic forum, discussing 334 topics. They had contributed 2,586 posts and exclusions were, by far, the topic of greatest interest and concern.
